WP6 - Dissemination, Sustainability and Long-Term Impact

Objectives

Dissemination, Communication, outreach and impact strategy: development of the project’s strategy that will be implemented, monitored, and evaluated throughout the 48 months to ensure the achievement of goals and objectives.

  • To ensure maximum visibility and long-term impact over the 48-month project, a comprehensive dissemination, communication, and outreach strategy will be implemented, monitored, and evaluated continuously. This involves establishing a robust digital presence through a multilingual website and active social media platforms, paired with the production of dynamic content like instructional videos, e-learning modules, and practical guides. This engaging material will effectively transfer civil protection knowledge and best practices to diverse professional and volunteer audiences across all target countries.
  • To optimize effectiveness and broaden reach, the project will employ a strict tracking system utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs)—such as website analytics, training participation rates, and stakeholder feedback—for continuous improvement. The project's findings, educational outcomes, and policy recommendations will be strategically communicated to governmental bodies, civil protection agencies, and the public through targeted media campaigns. Furthermore, the strategy will actively foster synergies and collaborative relationships with complementary EU-funded initiatives across Europe to maximize collective impact.
